Melanson Motors is proud to offer this 1967 Ford Mustang. This
restored example is an original California Mustang with Air
Conditioning. It has an original 289 V8 engine and is presented in
its original colors of Lime Gold paint over Ivy Gold Bucket seats.
It is a rare Sports Sprint Mustang, an option that was only
available on spring and summer orders of 1967. This package
includes recessed hood vents, hood mounted turn signals, chrome
rocker panel moulding, a chrome air cleaner lid, and two-tone
interior. It was built in San Jose, California on June 8, 1967 and
sold at Palm Springs Motors in Palm Springs, California. A Texas
registration sticker from 1980 is still on the windshield. This
southern Ford appears to retain all of its original body panels.
This Mustang starts and drives perfectly! The Lime Gold paint is
show quality. The body is laser straight with excellent gaps. The
bumpers are rechromed and the stainless trim is in excellent shape.
The interior is nearly flawless with excellent two-tone door
panels, two-tone seat covers, and dash pad. The gauge cluster is
beautiful with an original style steering wheel mounted in front of
it. Underneath, this Mustang looks like new! It has proper red
oxide primer on the floors and has new brake lines, fuel lines, gas
tank and exhaust. Proper factory paint markings can be seen
throughout the undercarriage. This Ford rides on correct 14" styled
wheels. The tires are 205/75 Coker Classic Redlines. A nicely
restored, excellent driving, southern Ford Mustang. Don't miss this
opportunity. For more information, call Warren at 519-801-6431.
