Thousands in recent maintenance including all fluids, new tires and
battery, reman injectors, vacuum/hoses, aluminum radiator (painted
black to look factory, orig rad included as well), transmission
service, all new AC system.
Runs, drives, stops, steers fantastic! Has tons of power. AC blows
ice cold. Power windows, locks, seat all work. Inside trunk
release, cruise control, lighted passenger vanity mirror all work.
Lights, wipers, horn work as well.
We had new bumper fillers painted and installed, had the rockers
between the quarter and fenders repainted as well as new headliner
and door glass weatherstrip installed. Otherwise, this car is all
original paint. All original glass including windshield, original
interior. Original trunk mat/cardboard, spare tire/jack set up.
Rust is not an issue on this car.
Purchased new by Sherron and Everett K. from Brasher Motor Company
in Weimar, TX in 1988 with 4,978 miles. Brasher used the car as a
dealer demo for the first year of its life. We purchased the car
from Everett in Dec. of 2024 after he lost his wife earlier in the
year. The car is very, very original! True 65,000 mile car that was
lovingly cared for and maintained throughout the years.
Still has the original title from 1988 with Brasher Motor Co listed
as the previous owner, wears the Brasher dealer emblem, and has the
Brasher keychain with the original keys.
AMAZING paperwork. Basically everything from when it was bought
new. Original owners manual(s) and folder with the dealer name on
it. Original window sticker, invoice, warranty agreement, delivery
check off sheet, financing agreement, etc. He kept a hand written
log from new until the mid 2000s every time he did any work or
maintenance to the car. The car had brake and suspension work as
well as some other maintenance done in 2017 and I have the invoice
for that as well.
Cons:
Needs a full on paint correction- I think the paint will come back

Needs a couple spots of PDR
Rear main seal does leak
Power antenna does not retract
I can't get the radio to switch to AM/FM, speakers have static when
you turn it on and play with the volume.
