CONDITION
This 1963 Sunbeam Alpine is a charming and beautifully presented
European-market example with a unique local history. Originally
manufactured in France, the car was first bought by a Barcelona
architect and later acquired by the current owner in the early
2000s. A comprehensive restoration was carried out around 2007 by a
respected local mechanic, including a new cooling system to address
the Alpine's known overheating tendencies, an upgraded exhaust
system, fresh paint, and a new soft top.
The car has been extremely sparingly used, as the elderly owner
eventually stopped driving, and it is now carefully stored. Its
condition reflects years of gentle use and attentive maintenance.
The engine performs well-particularly once up to temperature-and
the car presents beautifully in its vibrant Red finish. The
standout aesthetic feature is undoubtedly its chrome wheels, which
give the Alpine a distinctive and eye-catching appearance.
With its clean presentation, local provenance, tasteful upgrades,
and classic British roadster charm, this Alpine is an ideal choice
for weekend drives, vintage rallies, or adding a stylish European
classic to any collection.
