Frame off restoration on this 1951 Mercury Monterey
No details left undone.. Originally chopped in California by Hollywood Hot Rods and completed by one of the best hot rod shops in Colorado. This Mercury has style above and beyond and drives like a dream. Breaking the mold of common lead sled restorations it's unique color and original exterior details gives this Mercury a truly retro feel while also sitting on all new modern technology.

Blueprint 383 small block engine, aluminum intake manifold, Holley sniper fuel injection, Patriot headers and dual exhaust, 700 R4 transmission overdrive automatic, custom engine compartment, Roadster Shop full Chassis powder coated to match interior, adjustable Air Ride suspension, Tru Spoke wheels, Coker wide whitewall tires, Baer disc brakes, custom Desoto grill with working blinkers, all new glass except original back window, front and rear vent windows function, Impala buckets seats, Ford style center console, red leather interior, Vintage Air heat and air conditioning, Dakota Digital gauges made specifically for 1951 Mercury, every piece of chrome was restored and finished by Ogden Chrome.
