This 1938 Cadillac Fleetwood Series 75 seven-passenger sedan is
powered by a 346ci V-8 engine paired with a three-speed manual
transmission. The engine and transmission were rebuilt during a
frame-off restoration completed by the third owner, Mr. Pat
Komskey. An electric fuel pump was added to address heat-related
fuel delivery concerns. Documentation from GM Heritage confirms the
vehicle was delivered new as a government vehicle to Cobb County,
Georgia, in 1938, where it was used by Governor Ed Rivers and two
subsequent governors. The exterior was refinished as part of the
restoration, and the interior has been updated with burgundy velour
upholstery.
