This custom 1964 Chevrolet Corvette convertible is powered by a
supercharged LS engine built on a Dart block producing 1,000hp,
paired with a modified six-speed manual transmission. It is
equipped with a Roadster Shop Spec 7 chassis powder-coated in satin
black, featuring rack-and-pinion steering, coilover shocks and
double wishbone independent suspension, along with a ZL1
differential. The braking system consists of four-wheel disc brakes
with Baer components featuring custom engraved "Supervette" script
and a modern electric braking system with an electronic e-brake.
Exhaust is routed through polished stainless-steel Ultimate Headers
connected to a custom 3-inch side exhaust. Cooling is handled by a
DeWitts radiator with electric fans. The exterior features widened
body panels measuring 1.5 inches on all four corners, ZR1-style
vents, an XL hood for supercharger clearance, a new convertible top
frame and a factory-style slant design. Additional features include
Detroit Speed electric headlights and windshield wipers,
triple-chromed brightwork and polished stainless-steel trim, and
the car rides on 20-inch front and 19-inch rear Schott wheels with
Michelin tires. The interior is fully customized with high-grade
leather upholstery, contrast stitching, a wood steering wheel,
German square-weave carpet with leather binding, an Ididit steering
column, a Bluetooth-capable head unit styled like the original
radio, and a Focal sound system with four component speakers and a
subwoofer. A complete new wiring harness and electrical components
have been installed.
