This custom 1934 Ford Model 40 pickup is powered by a 460ci V-8
engine rated at 365hp and 388 lb-ft of torque, with air
conditioning and a rebuilt carburetor. The reinforced original Ford
chassis is equipped with a 4-inch dropped I-beam front axle,
four-bar supports, coilover shocks, a Panhard bar and Pete & Jake's
chrome shocks. Recent updates include a replaced starter, battery,
harmonic balancer, front suspension leaf spring and U-bolts. It is
equipped with front disc brakes and dual stainless-steel exhaust.
The all-steel body, bed and running boards are paired with
fiberglass fenders and finished in Viper Red. Exterior features
include chromed stainless-steel bumpers, a chrome windshield
surround, dual side-mounted mirrors, a headlight support bar, a
rear third brake light, a tan bed cover and Vredestein Sprint
Classic front tires measuring 185x16 and Hoosier rear tires
measuring 31x16.50x15. The interior features a two-tone tan and
beige tweed cloth and vinyl design with bench seating, a wood inlay
dashboard, Classic Instruments gauges, tinted glass, a decorative
etched rear window, power windows, cruise control, a tilt steering
column, a leather-wrapped banjo steering wheel, a marbled glass
shift knob and a Boss audio CD player with dual speakers.
