This custom 1950 Chevrolet Styleline is powered by a 383ci stroker
engine equipped with a Holley Sniper 750 fuel-injection system and
backed by an automatic transmission. The engine features a CVF
Racing front-runner belt system and a performance cooling system
with a high-flow thermostat-controlled electric fan. An 18-gallon
fuel tank is positioned in the stock location and uses a Corvette
fuel pump. A 2.5-inch mandrel-drawn exhaust system is fitted with
Flowmaster 44 mufflers. The chassis retains a modified stock frame
with custom crossmembers and a TCI front clip. The front suspension
includes tubular A-arms, Wilwood lower spindles, power
rack-and-pinion steering and QA1 two-way adjustable coilovers. The
rear suspension is upgraded with parabolic lowering springs, custom
shackles and shocks. Braking is handled by Wilwood slotted and
drilled 13-inch four-piston calipers with a Wilwood booster and
master cylinder. The exterior is finished in PPG Granite Gray
Metallic with a multi-color pearl finish. All moldings have been
removed and filled, and the vehicle is fitted with Dakota
gray-shaded glass and a one-piece windshield. The interior features
premium leather upholstery with German square-weave carpet, along
with a matching trunk compartment. The dash is smoothed and fitted
with Dolphin instruments. A custom center console houses controls
for the Vintage Air climate-control system, and Dynamat Extreme has
been applied to interior surfaces for sound control. It rides on
17-inch U.S. Mags Bandit wheels with Nitto performance tires.
