Beautiful original Imperial Crown Southampton Four Door. The original 413 runs strong and smooth as it should. Transmission shifts very smooth. All lights work except trunk light. Power seat works. All windows work but right rear. Suspension is torsion bar front/leaf rear and produces a great ride and very good handling for a car this size. Radio seems to work but power antenna motor only responds to down. I believe it to be a switch issue.
The body holds a magnet in all but two small spots and is quite good. The paint is original but for the rear deck lid and the lower fenders and rockers. It is worn but still responds to a waxing or polishing. I am a firm believer that a car is only original once so I have left it alone. The chrome is of good driver quality but has pitting visible close. I believe it is also original. Badging is good except for a broken imperial script emblem on the right front fender.
The interior is very aged but still the beautiful original tuck and roll crown upholstery in cloth and leather. Again I have left it alone. With a cushion over the worn driver's seat it is comfortable. The headliner has a seam split by the upper right C piller. The heater and defroster and blowers work well. No factory air.

I love this car and have owned it for two plus years. I am selling it because of my storage situation. I hope it goes to someone who appreciates original beauties with a patina as much as I do.
