This 2001 GMC Sierra 2500HD SLE Pickup is a very nice, very clean,
very original 3/4 ton 2500HD that spent its life in the Pacific NW
and Idaho. This is a 1 Family Owned (2 Owner) truck that was owned
by a Father and Son. The son also lived in SC for awhile so the
truck did spend some time there, but the majority was spent in the
Pacific NW.It is hard to find these in great condition like this in
this configuration. This was never a work truck so it is not beat
up. The body is clean and straight. The olympic White paint appears
to be all original and is still in really nice condition with only
minor imperfections from driving over the years. All of the chrome
and trim is original and nice. The underside of this truck is super
clean and we found no rust issues.
The interior is also in excellent shape. The seats, carpet,
headliner, door panels, dash, and dash bezel are all original and
nice. It does not appear to have been a smoker vehicle. The
headlights, taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all
working. The gauges all work. This truck has tilt wheel and working
cruise control. It has working power windows and power locks along
with working power mirrors. The factory stereo works. The horn and
windshield wipers work and the heat and AC are also working.
Mechanically this truck is excellent and it runs and drives
wonderful. The engine is the original 6.0L Vortec V8 that runs
strong with no issues or red flags that we found. It appears to be
totally stock. Recent maintenance in the last 8,000 miles includes
new thermostat and water-pump, new front wheel bearings, new power
steering pump, new transmission cooler lines, new transfer case
seal, and new fuel pump. We do have receipts for this work. The
transmission is the 4L80E Automatic that shifts great. It is mated
to the np263 transfer case and the 4WD works like it should. The
rear axle is the AAM 10.5 with 4.10 gears and a factory limited
slip. The front axle is the IFS with 4.10 gears. This is all
sitting on a nice set of Factory HD aluminum wheels wit like new
285/75/16 Mud Terrain tires.
We drive what we sell so that we can give you a first hand and
