1973 Plymouth Roadrunner 440 engine, 4 speed manual transmission, Power steering, power brakes, front disc. Fans and aficionados of vintage Plymouths, this is a car we rarely see. We love the fuselage styling of the 73 model that gave the Road Runner a big leg-up on the competition, and the swoopy styling of this super-clean example definitely looks the part of a Mopar muscle car. This 1973 Plymouth Roadrunner originally was a 340 car but now has a 440 V8 4-barrel engine NOM, 4 speed transmission with pistol grip floor shifter and console, and stock suspension, the legendary blue collar muscle car. That shiny Lemon Twist Yellow paint is in very nice shape for an older restoration, and has the custom cascading painted Black stripes with barbed wire accent, 18- inch Boss aftermarket 5 spoke polished wheels, rear spoiler, hood pins/ lanyards, dual exhaust tips, gives us that sporty muscle car look and sound. The wrap-around black accent bumpers that circle the front end and taillights were a defining feature, as is the blacked-out mesh front grille, and those Roadrunner badges/decals are in remarkable shape, too. The interior is like new correct pleated black vinyl bucket seats, the flanking door panels, carpets, taut headliner, and yellow painted smooth dash are all in excellent condition showing off that pure 1970s look. A Stock 4 spoke steering wheel frames the original ralley style gauges ahead of it that are inside a woodgrain bezel, an aftermarket Kenwood sound CD stereo is replacing the original radio, , and original dash cluster with factory tachometer(non-working) the mileage shows 98,717 is unknown. The big block runs great, with plenty of horsepower on tap and a healthy torque curve, all that helps it get-up-and-go in a flash. A 4-barrel carb sits on top of an aluminum Edelbrock intake, aided by the cold, dense air its fed through the big chrome Edelbrock air cleaner, chrome valve covers and MSD ignition wires while an aluminum radiator, modern battery. The power plant sounds great thanks to exhaust system. Factory power steering, power front disc brakes, 18-inch radial tires with 2025 date code means this Road Runner is a blast to drive.
