This 1960 Morris Minor 1000 Deluxe is a left-hand-drive Series III
Tourer that was acquired by the current owner in 2024. It is
finished in Blue with a complementary Gray and Blue cloth interior.
She is powered by a 1275cc inline-four coupled to a four-speed
manual transmission. Equipment includes a new replacement Black
vinyl soft top, AC (never charged or tested),14? steel wheels,
polished hubcaps, and comfort oriented front seats with head
rests.
This Morris Minor 1000 is now offered with a clean North Carolina
title. The 14? steel wheels with polished hubcaps are mounted with
Falken Sincera tires. Stopping power is provided by disc brakes in
the front and drum brakes in the rear, and the whole car was
overhauled in the last 10 years. The transmission is currently
being upgraded with a 4 speed, rebuilt, ribbed gear box.
The steering wheel is in great condition and the dashboard has a
centrally located Smiths 80-mph speedometer. The five-digit
odometer shows 44,761 miles, approximately 150 of which were added
under current ownership.
