This 1968 Ford Mustang Eleanor replica is powered by a 351ci
Windsor V-8 engine paired with a five-speed manual transmission and
backed by a 3.29 rear end. It is equipped with a Holley Brawler
carburetor, high-performance intake manifold, Cobra valve covers,
Cobra air cleaner, 100-amp alternator, aluminum radiator, electric
water pump V-belt system, Comp Cams Xtreme Energy camshaft with
roller rockers, electronic ignition and a billet engine bay brace.
It features an Eleanor-style exhaust system, along with all-new
front and rear suspension and a 1-inch front drop. It is equipped
with all-new brake lines, four-wheel disc brakes, a Wilwood brake
master cylinder with proportioning valve and a Wilwood clutch
master cylinder. This fastback re-creation includes 85% new sheet
metal consisting of doors, fenders, firewall, floor, roof,
quarter-panels, rear inner structure and a steel Eleanor hood,
along with a fiberglass trunk with metal frame and a urethane front
bumper. Exterior features include all-new glass and gaskets and
17x7 front and 17x8 rear HB45 alloy wheels. This vehicle received a
nut-and-bolt restoration completed in January 2026 by a
Mustang-exclusive restorer.
