EngineLift Kit and 32x11.50 BFG All TerrainsThis Defender 110
5-door wagon is one of the most sought-after configurations in the
Land Rover lineup, powered by the Td5 5-cylinder turbo diesel
engine known for its smooth power delivery, reliability, and strong
tuning potential for increased efficiency, horsepower, and torque.
Originally manufactured on February 4, 1999 in Solihull, UK, it was
delivered new to France and sold in Corsica on October 31, 2000.
Car Cave sourced the vehicle from Monsieur Sebastien in Biguglia
before importing it to the United States. The 110 arrived in
excellent mechanical condition with supporting service records, and
our team put it through extensive real-world testing, including
daily driver use. Following that evaluation, the Defender underwent
a comprehensive service and refresh at Car Cave. The fuel system
was addressed with a new filler neck, seals, hose, and vent line,
resolving common wear points and improving long-term reliability.
The engine received a full service including oil and filter, valve
cover gasket replacement, breather valve, serpentine belt, and a
clutch system bleed. Suspension work included replacement of the
rear A-arm fulcrum ball joint, a commonly overlooked but critical
maintenance item. Additional attention was given throughout the
vehicle, including installation of a new air intake grille, repair
of the vent flap mechanism, and fitment of a proper US-style
license plate bracket. Inside, the Defender benefits from a
refreshed interior with a new fascia instrument panel, upgraded
metal cowl, and replacement shift knobs.Finished in Dark Blue with
a contrasting black roof, side graphics, and black steel wheels,
this Defender presents with a purposeful, well-sorted stance. It
sits on a proper set of 15-inch aftermarket steel wheels wrapped in
32x11.50x15 BFGoodrich All-Terrain tires, paired with a 2-inch lift
that gives the truck both presence and capability. LED lighting
upgrades include smoked marker lights, rear fog and backup lights,
and halo headlights, improving visibility while reducing strain on
the electrical system. The Td5 turbo diesel delivers strong torque
for off-road use while remaining smooth and composed on the
highway.Inside, the Defender offers seating for nine, including two
rear bench seats. The original interior remains in very good
condition, complemented by a center cubby box between the front
seats. The rubber and vinyl flooring show honest wear, offering the
next owner a clean foundation to personalize or preserve. Alpine
windows in the roof provide additional natural light to the rear
cabin, enhancing the overall driving experience.Upgrades and
