Motorcar Studio is pleased to offer this 2004 BMW E46 M3. Imola
Red, six-speed manual, clean CarFax, three owners, fewer than 50k
miles - this one certainly checks all the right boxes. The present
owner is a life-long BMW enthusiast who typically focuses on
1980s-era E12s, E24s, E28s and E30s for his collection - this was
his first E46 M3 and he liked it so much that he immediately bought
a 30k-mile comp package E46 M3 in Interlagos Blue (which basically
fell into his lap a few weeks after taking delivery of this one).
Very clean inside and out with believed original paint; hood and
front fenders have PPF. 19-inch ZCP comp package wheels are wearing
brand new Continentals.
Interior remains in excellent original condition, with the only
mods being a Hartge dash badge and pedal covers. All pixels are
working in the console and dash; all climate and stereo functions
work properly and there are no warning lights in the dash. Optioned
with Premium Package plus Xenons and Harmon/Kardon stereo. Seats
are upholstered in anthracite "impulse" cloth with nappa leather
trim. Front and rear seats, door panels and headliner all present
nicely with minimal wear and no sags.
The S54 mated to a six-speed manual transmission is one of our
favorite drivetrains of all time. Mild performance upgrades include
a Hartge intake manifold, AFE airbox, Milltek stainless exhaust,
and a Dinan rear strut brace. Recent service in preparation for the
sale includes new tires, new upper rear shock mounts, a four-wheel
alignment, hood struts and a fresh oil service.
Original books, tools, tire inflator, two keys, and recent records
are included with the sale. We're quite fond of M cars here, and
the E46 M3 is a perennial favorite. For more information about this
