This custom 1963 Chevrolet Corvette Split-Window Coupe is powered
by an LS3 crate V-8 engine with a Lokar fuel injection intake
manifold, mated to a Tremec TKO-600 five-speed manual transmission
with 11-inch clutch and flywheel. The engine is equipped with Lokar
Classic finned valve covers, stainless-steel headers and Borla dual
exhaust. It is built on an SRIII tube chassis with a narrowed rear
section and C4 Corvette suspension, along with a Dana 44 3.08:1
Positraction rear end. The chassis includes a Vintage Air Gen 4
climate-control system, DeWitts radiator and electric fan. Stopping
power is handled by Wilwood disc brakes with 14-inch front and
12-inch rear rotors and a Wilwood master cylinder. It's finished in
DuPont ChromaBase Black with DuPont clearcoat and features a
carbon-fiber hood, carbon-fiber rocker panels, additional
carbon-fiber body panels, billet aluminum hood grilles, 2-inch rear
flares and 1.5-inch front flares. It rides on Corvette C7 Z06
wheels, 19x10 in front and 20x12 in the rear, with Michelin tires.
The interior features front bucket seats upholstered in black
leather with red stitching, matching dash pads, Dakota Digital
analog gauges, Custom Autosound radio with speakers and plush-cut
carpet.
