This 1997 Chevy Suburban 2500LT is a very nice, very clean 3/4 ton
truck that spent its life in the Pacific NW (Washington State).
This is a 2 owner vehicle that was extremely well cared for. From
the factory, this was a highly optioned and loaded up rig and there
were also some dealer added options: this included added interior
wood grain, painted exterior trim pieces, hand painted subtle pin
striping, and upgraded aluminum wheels. This is a really cool rig
with a 90's vibe. The body is clean and straight. The Emerald Green
Metallic paint appears to be all original and still looks
excellent. This vehicle was definitely kept indoors. All of the
chrome and trim is in excellent condition. The underside is also
really clean and we found no rust issues with this vehicle.
The interior is also in excellent original condition. The leather
seats are super nice for being original. The headliner, carpet,
door panels, dash, and dash cover are all nice. The headlights,
taillights, brakelights, and turn signals are all working. The
gauges all work. This Burb has tilt wheel and working cruise
control. It has working power windows and power locks. It has
working power mirrors and power drivers seat. The horn and
windshield wipers work. The heat and AC work both front and rear.
The last owner just spent $3,000 adding a new stereo system and
speakers and integrated backup camera. It also has a SubWoofer with
Amp and Apple CarPlay/Android Auto.
Mechanically this Suburban is excellent and it runs and drives
excellent too. The engine is the original 7.4L 454 V8 that runs
strong with no issues or red flags. It is totally stock. Recent
service includes a new waterpump and thermostat along with coolant
flush (have receipt). It has the 4L80E Automatic transmission that
shifts nice and it is mated to the np246 transfer case. The 4WD
works like it should. The rear axle is the Corporate 14 Bolt with
4.10 gears and a factory limited slip. The front axle is the IFS
with 4.10 gears. This is all sitting on the 90's style dealer
installed aluminum rims with a nice set of All terrain tires size
285/75/16.
