The 2004 Chevrolet SSR (Super Sport Roadster) is a unique,
retro-styled hardtop convertible pickup truck inspired by Chevy's
"Advance Design" trucks from the late 1940s. Often described as a
"factory-built hot rod," it remains a rare sight due to limited
production of under 25,000 SSR's leaving the General Motors plant
in Lansing, Michigan.
This 2004 Chevrolet SSR features a 5.3-liter Vortec V-8 motor
paired with a 4-speed automatic transmission with overdrive,
producing a factory rated 300 horsepower and is finished in
Slingshot Yellow with a black leather interior.
The Slingshot Yellow paint is accented by custom pinstriping as
well as a wood finished bed floor and integrated running boards.
The paint presents very well with no large imperfections which can
also be said about the black leather interior which has been
upgraded with an Alpine head unit with a backup camera. (The few
small imperfections shown in attached photos)
With an extensive list of standard features this SSR is also
optioned with the 1SB Preferred Equipment Group.
The SSR is one of the most unique factory vehicles you will see on
the road, with its dramatic conversion from a hardtop roadster to
an open-air convertible with the push of a button.
This well maintained SSR is ready to cruise the road with a custom
look, factory reliability, and driving comfort.
