The ZZ502 engine is matched to a Muncie M-21 4-speed. The deep
growl is from metallic ceramic coated long tube headers. A dual
2.5-inch exhaust with "H" pipe. The suspension has been completely
rebuilt and detailed to a new level! The rear end is by Chassis
Works with a FAB9 rearend housing (4130), and Canted 4-link
suspension. A 35 spline Currie and 3.25 gears. The rear has
adjustable Varishock coil overs. A mini tube with Pro Street
Hoosier 29x15/50R15LT and 26x7/50R15LT gives the aggressive stance.
Stopping power comes from 4-wheel disc brakes. Completely new black
interior, trim, and console. All gauges have been restored and are
in working order. All wiring is also new. The '67 SS has bucket
seats, and the center console with the Tick Tock tachometer and
yes, the clock is working!
All trim and chrome have been restored to show quality. New paint
to factory color, butternut yellow with a new black convertible
top. Has the black SS rear trunk panel, and black front grille with
two chrome bars and SS bagging are all correct for '67. The
original style steel wheels and caps give this restomod that
sleeper appeal.
