Gateway Classic Cars Tampa Showroom is proud to digitally present
this cool 1986 Pontiac Fiero GT. Son of Trans Am? Maybe. The Fiero
GT's were only produced between 1986-1988. Of the 83k Fiero's made
in '86 only 17,891 were GTs and you have to wonder how many are
left on the road today and in this condition. It can't be many. The
mid engine V6 sports car was unlike anything on the street except
maybe a DeLorean. And truth be told, Marty McFly would have rather
been in a Fiero GT than a Peugeot powered aluminum can. The 2.8l
six cylinder produced 140hp making the GT capable of 120mph top
speed. Much better than 88mph. IYKYK. In forty years, this little
GT has had been driven between its two alleged owners a mere 51k
miles. Pull up in this at the local car show and park next to an
'86 Vette and see what car people pay attention too. Crank up some
"Livin' on a Prayer" and take a trip back to 1986!
