Melanson Motors is proud to offer this amazing 1932 Ford 3 Window Coupe Custom. This car is known as "100 Pruf" and it was a multi-year build by Radical Restorations in Barrie, Ontario. This '32 was built to replicate Tom Prufer's 'Bitchin Coupe' and Mr. Prufer gave Radical Restoration permission and advice to build this project. Tom is a Hall of Famer at the Grand National Roadster Show and is famous for his long life of hot rodding and custom creations! This Ford is absolutely incredible inside, out and underneath. It has custom touches everywhere you look. This 3 window was built not just as a show car but with the purpose of driving and enjoying! Air conditioning, comfortable power seats, power windows, over shoulder seat belts, disc brakes and more! This Hot Rod is for the person who wants an iconic look and drivability. Countless dollars have been spent and it has covered just 3300 miles since built.

Driveline

Engine - 454 cubic inch big block Chevrolet. Bored 0.60 over to 468 cubic inches. Roller rockers. Edelbrock chrome intake manifold. Holley four barrel carburetor. Aluminum RPM cylinder heads. Electric radiator fan. Billet overflow tank. Chromed oil pan. Chromed starter motor. Chromed alternator. Billet A/C compressor. Braided A/C lines. MSD Electronic ignition. Custom made exhaust headers

Transmission - Performance built TH400 with Stage 2 shift kit and 2800 stall.

Rear End - Winters Performance Quick Change with 3.50 gearset

Body and Paint

Fiberglass body with 2.5" chop. The louvered hood top, hood sides, and trunk lid are steel and custom fabricated. It also has a custom rollpan. The paint is Mercedes Gloss Black with Pearl flames and blue pinstripes. The pinstriping was done by Rollie Geurtin who is a famous pinstripe artist in Ontario. The doors open suicide style.

Chassis

The frame is bobbed in the rear and has a tubular center section for rigidity. It features stainless side bars in front of the rear wheels. The frame is painted gloss black with flame accents on the front frame horns and sides. Even the driveshaft has flame accents. The fuel cell is located in the trunk and is custom built.
The exhaust is a stunning fully chromed system from front to back. It features electric wastegates and Magnaflow mufflers.
The front end is a Pete and Jakes fully chromed 4" drop axle. The rear suspension is a 4-link setup with adjustable coilovers. This Ford has Wilwood disc brakes with cross drilled performance rotors. The wheels are 15" hot rod red steelies with chrome center caps and trim rings.
The tires are BF Goodrich Silvertown Radial Wide Whitewalls and are 215/70 front, 285/70 rear.

Interior

This Coupe has a stunning custom interior. The dash is hand pinstriped with Classic Instruments gauges, billet air vents, and billet Vintage Air Conditioning A/C controls. Above the windshield a billet plate contains switches for the electric windshield wiper, retractable rear window, fuel pump, exhaust wastegates, and linelock brakes. The steering column is an Ididit tilt column featuring turn signals and a black leather wrapped steering wheel with V8 center cap. The seats are black leather Porsche seats. They are power operated and have a heated seat function. The windows are powered with billet switches. The door panels are custom made black leather. The hot rod red roll bar has over shoulder seat belts affixed. Behind the seats are speakers. The sound system is great! In the trunk, a leather wrapped fuel cell is mounted and the radio deck is installed.
