This custom 1974 Chevrolet Corvette convertible is powered by a
Lingenfelter-built engine equipped with a Vortech Paxton
supercharger and paired with a four-speed manual transmission. The
engine installation replaces the factory-installed 454ci big-block
engine originally delivered in the car. The exhaust and chassis
configuration support the upgraded powerplant and performance
intent. The car rides on 15-inch Vision American Muscle Torque
Series wheels finished in Gunmetal Gray and fitted with 245/60R15
Cooper Cobra Radial G/T tires. Power brakes provide stopping
capability. The exterior is finished in Classic White and features
a black soft-top along with new chrome bumpers. The overall
presentation retains the defining design elements associated with
the C3 Corvette generation. The interior is equipped with upgraded
Corvette-emblem racing seats designed to provide additional support
while maintaining a period-style appearance. Equipment includes
power windows and factory air conditioning. The interior retains
its original trim plate and original VIN plate. Additional features
include power steering and a discreetly installed manual cut-off
switch. Documentation accompanying the vehicle includes maintenance
records, some owner history, the original Corvette owner's manual
and a camshaft warranty card from Comp Cams.
