1926 Chevrolet Two-Door Sedan - DGC3066 - VIN: 2473066
This is a stock original 1926 Chevrolet two-door sedan equipped
with a four-cylinder engine and a three-speed manual transmission
located on the floor. The vehicle underwent a 10-year restoration
prior to 1990, the year it was acquired.
After its restoration, the sedan participated in at least two
shows, where it received judging. The judge sheets from these
events are visible in the accompanying photographs. Notably, one
show saw two judges awarding it 100 points each, while the other
show had judges awarding it 95 and 96 points.
It is believed that the sedan was not extensively driven after its
acquisition. It was primarily showcased in Kansas before the owner
relocated to Washington. The title has now been changed to a
Washington title, and a clean Washington title in Drager's
name.
The owner maintained a comprehensive file containing various types
of information, although receipts are limited. Notably, the dome
light remains functional.
The wood spoke wheels, along with the condition of this 1926
Chevrolet, released it. If you look at the photos on our webpage, I
show a photo from 1992, and then there's a letter from the 26th of
1990 from Adventures in Motoring that you can read. I believe
you'll be very impressed with your inspection of this vehicle.
Right now we have about 100 photos on our webpage dragers.com
If you would like to make the drive to Burlington to see this
vehicle I think you'd really enjoy seeing Drager's Clubhouse
firsthand We have a lot of interesting things on display besides
cars and trucks. We have 25 display cases full of all sorts of
amazing things. We have 100 motorcycles on display. Most people
tell us we are like a museum.
