This 1962 Ford Thunderbird is powered by a 390ci V-8 engine
equipped with Accel ignition and paired with an automatic
transmission. The car received a new battery in 2026. Features an
upgraded aluminized exhaust system and power steering. Stopping
power is handled by power-assisted brakes. The exterior is finished
in Super White with a black landau roof. Exterior features include
Ford wire wheels fitted with new Coker tires, fender skirts
covering the rear wheels and renewed rubber seals around the
windows and doors. Much of the exterior trim and chrome has been
replaced with original pieces. The interior features white and
black leather seating with black carpets and Thunderbird floor
mats. The dash has been renewed and includes a working clock. The
car is equipped with power windows, bucket seats, vent windows and
a swing-away steering wheel for entry and exit. The driver's seat
is equipped with power but needs a switch to function.
Documentation includes a 4-inch binder containing invoices in date
order along with a separate 2-inch binder containing period
catalogs. Additional parts, a replacement headliner, an
original-style radio that needs to be installed and a California
car cover are included with the vehicle.
