Description:
This is a 2 owner car, Purchased by the second owner when he was 16
years old and modified to what you see today. It is being sold as a
Running and driving project. It sat for 8-10 years and was revived
recently for this list up. It is powered by a 454 mated to a th400
transmission and custom shortened rear end. It was painted in the
90s and shows well. Need a new caretaker.
Interior:
The interior is Racecar. It has a custom dash with operational
gauges, built in air shift and a very tidy wiring setup under the
passenger footwell. If you are looking for a nice 1969 camaro that
needs minor work to get it road worthy again. Door cards are not
fabricated yet. All door and side glass intact, rear glass needs to
be installed.
Exterior:
The paint is nice with minor imperfections. It has an older paint
job but shows well. Tires are 20+ years old. Body lines are even.
Underside is nice as well. Please take a moment to view the walk
around and test drive.
Drivetrain:
The motor is healthy but valve seals will need to be serviced as it
sat for quite some time. Great oil pressure and all stampings are
listed in the gallery. It does have head port work, and a nice
Wilson manifold. Trans is a th400 Rear end has been shortened and
the chassis is mini tubbed. It is equipped with a 6pt roll cage.
Unfortunately I do not know the internals for this engine. Once
again this is a running and driving project. 10 years ago it was
utilized for car shows only, it is very streetable. Still has stock
camaro front end. Runs on 98 octane.
Key Facts:
Big Block 454
Heads have port work
Th400 with air shift ability
Mini tubbed
