Gateway Classic Cars Tampa is proud to digitally present this stout
1970 Oldsmobile 442 Tribute. Without question, one of the most
beautiful, unique, and truly underrated muscle cars to ever roll
out of a General Motors plant. The Firebirds and Camaro's were
similar. Likewise, the GTOs and Chevelles, but the 442 was its own
animal. Finding an "affordable" 1970 is no easy task unless you
have very deep pockets. A nice "Tribute" can be a better option for
the enthusiast who wants to drive his or her car and enjoy it. And
that's exactly what this bad boy was made for...to be driven. We
aren't exactly sure what the shade of this soft yellow color is,
but it works and looks so good with the tan interior. Just in case
you were wondering, under the 442 inspired hood, rests a 455ci big
block Olds. And check this out, dual exhaust with Flowmaster
Mufflers sound killer, but there's cut outs that let you open the
exhaust as well. Insert evil laughter. Is she a nut and bolt,
museum quality restoration? Nope. Those are boring. This nice
driver is a salute and tip of the hat to one of the coolest 70s
cars to ever roll down Woodward Ave.
