Chevelle SS tribute for sale in our Mesa, Arizona showroom. The
Chevrolet Chevelle is a mid-sized automobile that was produced by
the Chevrolet division of General Motors in three generations for
the 1964 to 1977 model years.
Exterior:
The car left the factory finished in Medium Turquoise Metallic (34)
and was repainted Cortez silver during the refurbishment. Details
include black stripes, a black grille and taillight panel, a
cowl-induction hood, T3 headlights, twin side mirrors, hideaway
windshield wipers, and chrome bumpers.
Interior:
The front bucket and rear bench seats are upholstered in black
vinyl. Appointments include a locking center console, front and
rear lap belts, a horseshoe shifter, Vintage AC air conditioning
(blows cold), Retro AM/FM radio with Kicker 6X9s in rear deck tray.
A black three spoke Momo Prototipo steering wheel is mounted to a
tilting column and frames a set of Dakota Digital RTX gauges
consisting of a 120-mph speedometer, 8k tachometer, and a working
analog clock and smaller surrounding gauges for oil, fuel, and
temperature. The digital odometer indicates 1,819 miles (since
build).
Engine:
A replacement 454ci V8 was installed and it is topped with a Speed
Master Aluminum high rise intake and Billet Specialties aluminum
valve covers. Holley EFI Terminator X Max Stealth 4150 that was
installed in December 2025. You also have an electric fuel pump,
big aluminum radiator with dual SPAL electric fans, HEI ignition,
and Delphi MAP sensor. Doug headers into dual exhaust. Oil change
was done in preparation for the sale.
Transmission/Rear End:
Power is routed to the rear wheels through a built 4L60E four-speed
automatic transmission and a Ford 9" rear end with Posi traction
limited slip differential.
Sterring and suspension:
A Borgeson steering gearbox and Borgeson rag joint steering coupler
center link were added in October 2025. Aldan coilovers for both
front and rear.
Wheels/Tires and brakes:
The 18" American Racing wheels are mounted with Nitto NT555 tires,
245/40ZR18 up front and 285/40ZR18 out back. It features power
steering and braking is handled by power front and rear brakes with
a CPP brake hose kit upgrade for the rear brakes.
