Classic Car Addict is proud to present this 1967 Ford Mustang for
sale in our Mesa, Arizona showroom. From 1967 until 1973, the
Mustang got bigger but not necessarily more powerful. The Mustang
was facelifted, giving the Mustang a more massive look overall and
allowing a big block engine to be offered for the first time.
The Mustang left the factory wearing Burnt Amber (V) but was
refinished in orange (single stage) under current ownership and
features a scooped hood, side mirrors, chrome bumpers, and faux
quarter panel intakes. 16" black steel wheels are wrapped in Doral
SLD 50A tires measuring 225/50R16 up front and 245/50R16 out back.
Braking is handled by four-wheel power disc brakes.
The front bucket seats and rear bench seat have been retrimmed in
black with orange trim upholstery (front seat belts) with new black
carpet and new headliner. A Shelby three-spoke Cherry wood steering
wheel frames Dakota digital dash with readouts for fuel, 160-mph
speedometer, temp, 8K RPM, and oil. The dash needs programming. An
original style retro radio was added and is digital with Bluetooth
and a USB port.
The car now has a strong 351 Windsor V8 engine instead of the
original 289ci V8. It features an Edelbrock single four-barrel
carburetor with an Edelbrock aluminum intake with electric fuel
pump. Power is sent to the rear wheels via a rebuilt C4
(three-speed automatic) transmission with a 3,000 stall. A SPAL
electric fan was installed for maximum airflow and more efficient
cooling. A new starter and new yellow top AGM optima battery were
just added before the sale.
It has a shortened rear end (8.8) with rear leaf spring with shock
and front a-arm with coil and shock. The front bushings and
suspension are new as well as the new rear leaf springs. Additional
upgrades include FlowMaster dual exhaust and new gas tank.
This was a garage kept Mustang that runs smoothly and is very
responsive. Call Classic Car Addict today at 480-256-1459. And
