GR Auto Gallery is excited to present this 2018 Jeep Grand Cherokee
"Demon" Trackhawk finished in Diamond Black Crystal Pearlcoat over
a Black leather interior. Already one of the most outrageous
performance SUVs ever produced, this Trackhawk has been taken to an
entirely different level with extensive performance and visual
upgrades that transform it into a truly unique, high-horsepower
street machine. The exterior has been tastefully modified with a
Demon-style hood, an aggressive Track Demon front splitter,
Duraflex side skirts, and widened Duraflex fender flares that give
the SUV a far more muscular stance. The Trackhawk badging has been
removed for a cleaner and more sinister look, complemented by
tinted front windows and gloss black grille trim. It sits on Mickey
Thompson ET Street S/S tires mounted to five spoke wheels, giving
it serious traction and an unmistakable drag inspired presence.
Under the hood is the legendary supercharged 6.2L HEMI V8 paired
with the lightning fast 8 speed automatic transmission and full
time 4x4 system. This example has undergone extensive performance
upgrades through Ripatuned and other top tier aftermarket
manufacturers. Phase 1 modifications include the Ripatuned RT900
package, a 2.57 lower damper pulley system, a ported 106mm
supercharger snout, a Kong Performance 108mm throttle body, a JLT
cold air intake, a JLT oil separator, upgraded spark plugs, and
Fore fuel rails. Exhaust flow is dramatically improved thanks to
KOOKS stainless steel headers and off road pipes paired with a
Borla ATAK cat back system with carbon fiber tips. Additional
upgrades include a Trackhawk differential brace and other
supporting hardware to handle the increased power.
Phase 2 modifications take performance even further with a
Ripatuned Assassin camshaft kit, billet blower lid, ported cylinder
heads with bronze valve guides, ARP head studs, and Mopar head
gaskets. The vehicle has also been retuned to maximize the upgraded
components. Supporting drivetrain improvements include G Force
Performance Engineering Outlaw axles with exotic stubs and billet
rear suspension arms to help transfer the power effectively. An
ethanol content gauge kit has also been installed for precise fuel
monitoring when running ethanol blended fuels.
Phase 3 upgrades focus on aerodynamics and aggressive styling. The
Demon hood, Track Demon front splitter, Duraflex fender flares, and
side skirts give the SUV an unmistakable wide body performance
appearance. Eibach lowering springs help drop the stance while
improving handling, and additional styling touches such as venting
and gloss black trim help tie the entire build together.
The result is an extremely unique and heavily modified Trackhawk
that blends supercar level performance with SUV practicality. The
factory Trackhawk was already capable of astonishing acceleration,
but with the extensive modifications performed on this vehicle, it
has been transformed into something far more extreme. Builds of
this caliber require significant investment, careful planning, and
high quality components, making this example stand out among the
crowd of standard Trackhawks.
