This 1967 Chevrolet Camaro RS/SS Tribute looks the part after a
body-off restoration. From its aggressive stance and rally wheels
to the bright red paint, black bumblebee nose stripe, and lower
front valance, this Camaro has the classic muscle car presence
everyone loves. The cowl induction hood, and rear spoiler complete
the look. All of the brightwork is in good condition, including the
front and rear bumpers. The front grille, taillights, tailpipes,
and emblems are correctly placed and present very well. This is one
striking Camaro that's hard to take your eyes off of.
Inside, the all-black interior is clean and well cared for. The
vinyl bucket seats and matching door panels are in great condition
with no rips or tears. The headliner, carpeting, and dashboard show
equally well. A stock-appearing steering wheel and gauge cluster
maintain the factory look and show no signs of major damage. Under
the dashboard sits a gauge pod with Bosch gauges monitoring
temperature, oil pressure, and volts. The center console is in good
shape and houses a chrome T-shifter, while the climate control
cluster shows a little age. The door jambs and sill plates are
clean, and the trunk is tidy with a liner installed.
Pop the hood, and you'll find a clean, organized engine bay
featuring MSD ignition, an aluminum radiator, and a chrome air
cleaner housing. Beneath it sits an Edelbrock 1405 carburetor
mounted on a Holley Street Dominator intake. Combined with a
performance camshaft, the setup feeds a Chevy 350 V8 that delivers
the classic muscle car sound and performance. Power is routed
through a TH350 3-speed automatic transmission to a durable 10-bolt
rear axle.
The suspension features tubular A-arms with coilovers up front to
help lower the stance, while the rear uses leaf springs with
lowering blocks and shocks. Fifteen-inch Rally wheels sit at all
four corners, wrapped in 215/65R15 front and 235/60R15 rear
BFGoodrich tires. Braking comes from front power disc brakes and
rear power drum brakes. For the perfect muscle car rumble,
long-tube headers feed a dual exhaust system that runs through
Flowmaster mufflers.
When it comes to hot red muscle cars, this 1967 Chevrolet Camaro
RS/SS Tribute delivers. It fires up easily, runs strong, and is
ready for the road. Take it to your local cruise night and watch
the crowd gather. Call Today!
