DieselFour Wheel DriveThis Hilux hasn't been through a nuclear
holocaust or invaded 17 third world countries - but if it needed
to, we think it could. Car Cave found this gem hidden in the dry
climate of Italy. With only two previous owners, this truck had a
complete respray in the factory original color Sierra Green
Metallic (Toyota Paint Code 6N7). A crew cab with room for 5, the
interior is upholstered in gray fabric and vinyl floors (the bottom
front seat cushions have been replaced). Manual windows and manual
seat adjustment complement the power locking doors. A center
console between the front seats provides extra storage. An
aftermarket Pioneer touchscreen head unit with backup camera was
installed here in the US.The cab is crowned with a headache rack,
and the bed is coated in a Line-X bedliner. The rear aftermarket
steel bumper was also Line-X coated when the bed was done here in
the US. The bumper is just large enough to be a nice step up into
the bed. Recent maintenance and upgrades since being importing by
Car Cave includes an injection pump rebuild, window tint,
audio/video, backup camera, front and rear driveshafts, battery,
oil change, belt, and a few other small items.Built to be tough and
nearly indestructible, most Hilux trucks have a million miles
before their 10th birthday and witnessed 3 armed conflicts. This
Hilux has a meager 127k miles (205K kilometers on the clock),
basically just getting broken in. This Hilux has proven itself to
be reliable for everyday driving. The 2LT-II Engine, the second
generation of Toyota's classic inline-4 turbo diesel engine, puts
out 90 horsepower, which is more than enough get up and go to get
this Hilux racing over rough roads and starting foreign conflicts.
The second generation 2LT was a revised version to cure some of the
earlier cooling, cylinder head, and head gasket issues. All our
vehicles are driven regularly, so mileage may slightly increase (we
picked up a transmission with it yesterday!). Want to learn more,
