Here is a real sharp looking ground pounder! A performance built
454 stuffed in in a Nova and backed by a 5-speed Tremec and a 3.73
posi sounds like a real blast around town. You will be turning
heads and snapping necks!
EXTERIOR: What a looker! It's decked out in full Yenko-inspired
trim with the correct striping, emblems, and a cowl hood that gives
it an aggressive, muscle-bound stance.
The body is laser straight with no rust or damage evident. The
black paint has a deep gloss and presents beautifully-polished
smooth and reflective like glass. As you would expect with a car
that's meant to be driven and enjoyed, there are a few
imperfections but nothing that takes away from its strong overall
appearance. It still shows exceptionally well at a cruise night or
local show.
The chrome and trim are in great shape, complementing the dark
finish nicely. All of the glass has been replaced and features a
smoked finish (not aftermarket tint), giving it a clean, cohesive
look. The weatherstrips have also been replaced for a fresh, tight
fit.
It sits just right on 15-inch SS Cragar wheels. The rears are extra
wide and wrapped in Mickey Thompson street slicks, giving it that
unmistakable big-and-little muscle car stance.
INTERIOR: It has been replaced for the most part. The seats have
real good cushion and they've been reupholstered including the
headrests. The door panels, armrests, window cranks have been
replaced. In front of me is a new dash pad and Auto Meter
tachometer, oil pressure and water temp gauges mounted to the
column which has a walnut steering wheel. Down on the floor is real
nice fitting carpet and a Hurst 5-speed shifter. The seat belts are
new front and back. Up above the headliner and visors were
replaced. The interior lights work.
ENGINE COMPARTMENT: That's a 454 stuffed under the hood of this car
and it has period GM snowflake aluminum heads and intake. It also
has a dual feed Holley carb, MSD ignition and hooker headers. It
dressed up with factory style chrome valve covers and intake and
Yenko decals. The components look clean and proper. It has
Reproduction hoses and clamps.
TRUNK COMPARTMENT: Under the trunk lid and the jamb are painted
glossy. Inside is rock solid with a spatter finish. It has
reproduction mats and weatherstrip. It is complete with a spare and
jack assembly.
UNDERSIDE: The front end steering and suspension checks out good.
Frame connectors and a driveshaft loop sturdies things up. It has
tubular traction bars to keep those wheels from hoppin. Upgraded
with disc brakes at all four wheels and it has custom e-brake
cables. The fuel tank is new. It has a fat dual exhaust with new
Flowmaster mufflers. Looking up at the motor it is clean Chevy
Orange with a new high torque starter. There's an explosion proof
scatter shield covering the McLeod clutch. Upgraded Tremec 5-speed
trans and in back is a 12 bolt rear end with 4.30 posi gears and an
aluminum girdle cover. The floors look solid.
SERVICE: We inspect each of our cars this one had the courtesy
