1970 Volkswagen Beetle. This Beetle has a documented history, with
just over 40,000 original miles recorded. 1600cc engine paired with
a rare "auto stick" transmission-a hybrid between a manual and
automatic transmission. This easy to drive gearbox eliminates the
need for a clutch pedal and allows the driver to shift between
first and second gears manually, with an additional low gear
primarily for steep inclines. The car was actively used until the
mid to late 1980s, followed by a long storage period. The second
owner, who acquired the car in 2018, performed maintenance such as
replacing gas lines, carburetor components, brake lines, and the
fuel tank. The Beetle features its original red paint with minor
touch-ups, vinyl bucket seats, and an original interior. Good
condition interior with black bucket seats, door panels and dash.

Featuring an electric rear glass defogger. Slight brake pull and
pulsation are noted, and two tie rods are slightly loose. The fuel
gauge and speedometer function correctly. Astonishingly nice
original condition, and well cared for. The windshield washer,
which functions via air pressure from the spare tire is even
intact. This car was ordered without a radio. On the road, the
Beetle's nimbleness, comfort, and the ease of driving offered by
the auto stick transmission are enjoyable.
