Porsche Cassis Red Metallic is one of the most polarizing and difficult to describe colors that Porsche has ever offered. It's kind of a purplish/pinkish light metallic bronze that varies considerably depending on the lighting. According to Rennbow.org, Cassis Red Metallic scores 4 “paint cans” out of 5, making it a rare premium Porsche factory color. The overall exterior condition is in a very presentable shape, without any major blemishes.
The Linen on Mahogany Leather Interior exterior is a great match for the Cassis Red exterior, as both colors compliment each other. Overall, the cabin’s condition is nice and everything has been nicely preserved. There is no significant wear on neither of the front seats. The dash area is clean and free of any major scuffing or deep scratches. The light carpeting appears to be in good shape all throughout.
The 16” Fuch wheels are in 100% perfect shape, and are freshly fitted with Falken ZIEX All Season tires.
The performance of this 911 is spot on! The 3.2 motor pulls very strong and the G50 transmission engages correctly in each gear. The brakes are solid and the car stops on demand.
At 95K miles, the car underwent a major engine out work. The motor was completely torn down and fully rebuilt. All studs were replaced and everything was resealed. The car also received a new clutch, axle boots, plugs, cap and rotors. At the time of the repair, the compression numbers ranged between 160 - 170 psi.
Sunroof repair, and oil / filter change has just been completed at a local Porsche repair shop.
