This isn't a clone.
This isn't a tribute.
This is a real-deal 2020 NASCAR Gen 6 stock car with war stories -
now legally stalking public roads.
A genuine Roush Fenway Racing Chassis #RK-1140, built June 2020.
The same chassis that carried #17 Chris Buescher into battle across
multiple NASCAR tracks in 2020 and 2021. After retirement in 2022,
it landed at Rusty Wallace Racing, where it was reborn in the
sinister "Midnight" #2 livery and used for high-dollar,
once-in-a-lifetime track experiences - personally driven by Rusty
himself. Last documented outing? Circuit of the Americas,
Texas.
Now here's where it gets unhinged.
The NASCAR chassis was professionally welded to the legally
registered chassis components of a 1999 Tube Frame Special
Construction vehicle. Result? A street-legal 1999 Missouri Historic
Vehicle. That means lower personal property tax and zero safety or
emissions inspection requirements.
Yes.
A 600hp NASCAR weapon.
Street titled.
The Hardware
Under the hood sits a Rusty Wallace Racing-built GM604 aluminum
head crate motor punching out approximately 600 horsepower. Fed by
a brand-new Holley Aluminum Street HP 750 CFM carburetor. It
doesn't purr - it detonates.
Backing it is the original NASCAR Mid Valley Racing Transmissions
4-speed manual, straight-cut gears, completely rebuilt in 2025. The
sound alone is mechanical violence. Out back? The original NASCAR
9-inch rear end.
This is not softened. It's not diluted. It's barely
domesticated.
Cockpit: Pure Race DNA
Inside is all business:
• Carbon fiber dash
• AutoMeter Pro Comp Ultra-Lite gauges
• GPS speedometer/odometer
• ISP full containment seats
• Window nets (driver AND passenger)
• Fully functional fire suppression system
You don't sit in this car. You strap into it.
But it's been made street capable without losing its edge:
• LED headlights, fog lights, blinkers, taillights
• Bluetooth sound system
• New windshield
• Battery relocated to the trunk to power air ride, lights, and
stereo
• New fuel cell with sending unit and gauge
Suspension & Setup
Currently dialed for road courses - this one turns left and
right.
It runs separate front and rear air-ride systems for on-the-fly
ride height adjustment. Slam it. Lift it. Tune the stance as
needed. Included with the sale are the original Penske NASCAR
shocks for purists who want to take it back to full track trim.
All safety aero flaps remain functional.
Fresh Fluids - Ready to Rip
Serviced within the last 40 miles:
• Valvoline VR1 20W-50 engine oil
• Mobil 1 75W-90 transmission fluid
• Mobil 1 75W-90 rear gear oil
It's not sitting. It's ready.
What This Really Is
This is a former top-tier NASCAR chassis with documented race
history.
Driven by Chris Buescher.
Piloted by Rusty Wallace.
Reborn as a street-legal, Missouri Historic titled monster
.
It's loud. It's raw. It doesn't care about comfort.
And it sure as hell doesn't blend in.
