This 1981 Ford Bronco is a very nice, very clean, very unique
Bullnose Bronco that spent its life in Washington. The miles are
original per the last owner and he went through the Bronco from top
to bottom because it was in storage for quite awhile. He did a lot
of maintenance and repairs to make it a road worthy bronco. This is
kind of a rare vehicle because it is a clean Bull nose Bronco with
the 300 I6 engine and a 4 speed manual transmission. That along
with it being the Custom trim but still having the factory moldings
and 2 tone paint make it kind of a Unicorn. The body is excellent!
It was repainted one time in its original colors of Silver Metallic
and Candy Apple Red. The paint looks excellent! All of the chrome
and trim is original and in beautiful shape. The underside is extra
clean and we found no rust issues with this Bronco.
The interior looks great. The seats were all professionally
reupholstered and new carpet was added with sound deadening
underneath. It also has new door panels, new visors, and a new dash
cover. The inside looks really great. The headlights taillights,
brakelights, and turn signals are all working. The fog lights work.
The gauges all work. The power rear window works with both the key
and the switch. The horn, windshield wipers, and heater work. The
factory stereo powers on but no sound is heard.
Mechanically this Bronco is excellent and it runs and drives
wonderful. The engine is original 300 I6 (straight 6) that runs
strong and smooth with no issues or red flags. It is totally stock.
It has had the fuel tank cleaned, carb rebuilt, fresh tune-up, all
fluids changed, new fuel pump, new power steering pump, and new
exhaust. It has the SROD 4 Speed manual transmission that shifts
nice with a strong clutch. It is mated to the np208 transfer case
and the 4wd works like it should. It has a Ford 9" rear end with
3.00 gears. The front axle is the Dana 44 TTB with 3.0 gears. This
is all sitting on the factory Ford wheels with new Goodyear All
terrain tires size 235/75/15.
We drive what we sell so that we can give you a first hand and
accurate report on how the vehicle runs and drives. Our pictures
are never touched up or photoshopped. What you see is an accurate
representation of the vehicle. We take consistent pictures and show
you everything so you can get a true representation of the
vehicle.
