Carolina Muscle Cars is pleased to have this early production 1964
1/2 Mustang in our showroom. Powered by a D-code 289 4BBL engine
and backed by the 4 Speed manual transmission, this is an exciting
car to drive.
This a very early production example being built June 24th, of
1964. The car has been been in the same families care for the last
32 years! This a very good example that looks great and is very
well maintained.
This is a very well equipped Mustang with the following
options:
D-Code 289 4bbl V8 engine
4 Speed Manual transmission
Raven Black Code A exterior color code
Steel Style Chrome wheels
US Royal Dual Redline tires
Dual Exhaust
Black bucket seat interior
Documentation includes:
Original Owners manual
Original Warranty booklet
Original Ford Owners Identification Card
Restoration receipts
This Mustang was restored by the previous owner and has been garage
kept since. The car is refinished in its original Raven Black color
code. The interior in the car is largely original and presents very
well. The interior is clean and crisp. During the restoration, the
bumpers were rechromed and new emblems were installed. The
restoration was done some years back, but still presents very
well.
Mechanically, the car runs and drives very well. The 289 engine was
rebuilt under the previous owners care and has an upgraded came.
The 4 speed manual transmission shifts well in all gears. The car
is a great driver for sure.
If you are in the market for a well equipped Mustang , this is a
great one to consider.
Trades are always welcomed!
