This 1963 Chevrolet C20 long-bed pickup is powered by a 454ci
7.4-liter V-8 engine upgraded with an Edelbrock Performer intake
and Holley Sniper EFI with self-tuning ECU, dual-sync distributor
and Hyperspark ignition, paired with a TCI Super Street Fighter
TH400 automatic transmission. It is equipped with a B&M Star
Shifter and custom driveshaft. Cooling is handled by an aluminum
radiator with dual high-performance electric fans and shroud, along
with an electric high-output water pump. The detailed engine bay
features ceramic-coated headers, polished aluminum components and
tubular motor mounts. The chassis has been upgraded with power
steering, power disc brakes with stainless lines, a lowered
suspension, adjustable Panhard bar and new front and rear
suspension components. The exterior is finished in turquoise with a
white roof and retains its original grille. Restoration work
includes a new wiring harness, chrome bumpers, rocker panels, bed
components and tinted glass. The bed features oak planks with
polished stainless hardware. The interior is finished in turquoise
and fitted with white racing seats. It rides on white 20-inch Ion
wheels with caps wrapped in 245/35R20 radial tires. Receipts
totaling more than $18,000 dated from 2019-21 are included with the
sale, along with parts, wiring instructions and TCI transmission
paperwork.
