This custom 1966 Chevrolet Impala SS 427 convertible is powered by
a fresh 427ci V-8 engine paired with a rebuilt Powerglide two-speed
automatic transmission and a new Currie rear end. The engine is
equipped with a mild camshaft and headers feeding a stainless-steel
MagnaFlow exhaust system. It is equipped with power steering and
upgraded four-wheel disc brakes. The suspension has been completely
renewed with new bushings, tie rods, ball joints and coilover
shocks. The car was the recipient of a three-year rotisserie
restoration. The exterior is finished in Sapphire Blue
basecoat/clearcoat paint and features a new grille, new front and
rear bumpers, body side moldings and four brand-new Rally wheels
wrapped in new tires. The interior has been fully restored with new
seat upholstery, new door panels, new weatherstripping, digital
gauges, an Ididit tilt steering column, a custom billet steering
wheel, retro-style radio and Vintage Air climate control.
