Description:
This 1972 Chevrolet Camaro involved the installation of a
supercharged 6.2-liter LT4 crate engine in 2024 along with a Tremec
six-speed manual transmission and a 9? rear end. The chassis has
been modified with Hotchkis subframe connectors, QA1 tubular front
control arms, adjustable rear suspension links, adjustable
coilovers, and power-assisted four-wheel disc brakes with Wilwood
calipers. The body is finished in orange with white stripes, and
mini tubs were installed at the rear to accommodate the 345/45 Toyo
cheater slicks. Inside, racing-style adjustable bucket seats are
surrounded by a roll cage with removable door bars, and an aluminum
center arm rest and door panels are installed along with a Custom
Autosound stereo unit, a Hurst shifter, and Dakota Digital
gauges.
Interior:
The Grant steering wheel frames a set of Dakota Digital gauges
consisting of a 160-mph speedometer, a tachometer, dual digital
displays, and readouts for fuel level, voltage, coolant
temperature, and oil pressure. The cabin is surrounded by a roll
cage with removable door bars and features bolstered racing-style
bucket seats along with NRG harnesses.
Exterior:
The body was refinished in orange with white stripes under prior
ownership, and features include halo-style LED headlights, front
and rear spoilers, Z28 badging, and split front bumpers. The
chassis has been modified with Hotchkis subframe connectors, QA1
tubular front control arms, adjustable rear suspension links, and
adjustable coilovers at all four corners.
Drivetrain:
Power is delivered to the rear wheels through a Tremec six-speed
manual transmission, a custom carbon-fiber driveshaft, and a Ford
9? rear end. The GM Performance supercharged 6.2-liter LT4 crate
engine was installed in 2024, and the selling dealer had the ECM
tuned for throttle body response
