REAL GTO, numbers matching 400 CID V8, well optioned, great
driver!
1970 GTOs are very popular, and this is a great example of why.
Starting with the exterior you will see Polar White paint with
added Judge vinyl graphics. That is paired with American Racing
Torque Thrust wheels wrapped in raised white letter BF Goodrich
Radial TA tires for a classic look.
Inside you slide into black vinyl bucket seats with a center
console and floor mounted shifter. New carpet and floormats have
been installed recently to freshen it up. There is just enough
woodgrain on the dash and steering wheel to give it a touch of
class, but this car is all muscle!
Under the hood rumbles the numbers matching 400 CID V8 with less
than 5,000 miles since rebuilt, which is topped with a Holley
Sniper EFI system. Behind that is a 200R4 4-speed automatic
transmission, with the goal of making this GTO a fantastic cruiser,
even on long hauls. With that in mind it was also given 4-wheel
power dics brakes and Hotchkis suspension front and rear. Out back
the original Posi 3.55 puts the power to the pavement, while power
steering keeps you in firm control! It also has A/C, aluminum
radiator, Doug's Headers, Magnaflow mufflers, and a new fuel tank.
This GTO is well documented with receipts to go to the next
owner.
