you by Zoom Classic Cars. Original California Old Skool and all
Steel Highboy professionally constructed from various period
correct Ford parts and featuring a 1938 engine Model 59AB 24 Stud
Flathead V8 with cam and adjustable lifters, Offenhauser heads,
Power Master alternator, Weiand intake & 3 Stromberg 97 carbs
coupled with a 3 Speed manual transmission from a 1939 Ford. Both
the body and engine were purchased from CA about 20 years ago. Body
was in overall excellent condition with only a small patch panel
required on the right passenger side that was expertly repaired
before the car was painted entirely top and bottom in a magnificent
Washington Blue Variant that is really unique and looks great. Only
a few minor imperfections as shown. Car is accented beautifully
with steel wheels painted red with chrome hubs. The car has a 1941
Ford rear end requiring the Frame to be lengthened by 7 inches to
accommodate. Model A crossmember and painted dropped axle. Car has
NOT been Chopped or Channeled and has a great stance. Grey vinyl
bench seating in very clean interior with Stewart Warner Gauges and
additional switches for pump and electric fan. Newer 16 gallon gas
tank situated in the rear with filler inside trunk. Painted
undercarriage is very clean and features dual exhaust. Drum brakes
all around are from a 1940 Ford. Outfitted with 1933/34 Commercial
headlights with integrated turn signals, wiper and E-brake. Newer
Excelsior radial tires. All glass is in excellent condition
including the tilt out front windshield with Visor. This classic
Highboy is in overall excellent condition and runs and drives very
