1926 Nash Custom Street Rod - All-Steel Body, Rebuilt 350 V8,
4-Speed
This is pre-war American history fused with modern V8 performance.
A 1926 Nash custom build that blends classic 1920s styling with
upgraded drivability and serious mechanical enhancements - all
riding on a powder-coated frame with an all-steel body.
Founded in 1916 by Charles W. Nash in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Nash
Motors became known for innovative mid-priced vehicles before
eventually merging into American Motors Corporation in the 1950s.
Vehicles from this era are rarely seen today - and even more rarely
found tastefully modernized like this example.
Finished in a rich two-tone brown and tan exterior, this Nash
retains its vintage character while sitting on American Racing
wheels for a subtle hot rod stance. Under the hood is a rebuilt 350
V8 with fuel injection, delivering reliable power and modern
performance. It's paired with a 4-speed manual transmission, giving
the driver full engagement. Power steering and power front disc
brakes make it far more manageable than anything offered in
1926.
The chassis has been thoroughly upgraded with: Powder-coated frame,
Coil-over suspension front and rear, Tubular upper and lower front
control arms, Front sway bar, RCI fuel cell
Cooling and comfort are addressed with air conditioning, and the
interior features Dolphin gauges, power windows, and a Bluetooth
AM/FM radio.
The interior is currently unfinished and will require completion,
including:
• Headliner
• Carpet
• Rear seat
• Door panels
This presents an excellent opportunity for the next owner to
personalize and finish the cabin to their own taste while enjoying
a mechanically sorted platform. This Nash represents a rare blend
of early American motoring heritage and modern street rod
engineering - an uncommon platform with updated power, suspension,
and braking that's ready for completion.
