1971 Ford Mustang Mach 1 - 351 Cleveland / Fresh Drivetrain Offered
for sale is a 1971 Mustang Mach 1 powered by a strong 351 Cleveland
4-barrel engine. Both the engine and transmission have been rebuilt
and have only approximately 600 miles since completion, making this
a great opportunity to own a Mach 1 with major mechanical work
already done. The 351C runs strong and the rebuilt transmission
shifts as it should. The car sits right and drives well, helped by
recent suspension updates including new front coil springs and new
rear leaf springs. Tires are also in very good condition. A couple
items still need attention: the steering gearbox has a leak, and
the heater core has been bypassed, so the heating system will need
to be addressed if desired. Overall, this is a solid Mach 1 with a
freshly rebuilt drivetrain, good suspension, and great
potential-ready to enjoy now and finish sorting as you go.
