"The 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu SS is a classic American muscle
car that perfectly balances style and performance. Featuring bold,
clean lines and distinctive SS badging, it exudes vintage muscle
car appeal."-Dezzys Speedshot
This 1965 Chevrolet Chevelle Malibu, originally a California car is
featured in Crocus Yellow exterior with black vinyl interior. This
Chevelle SS is powered by a 283 cubic inch motor and is mated to a
Powerglide 2-speed transmission.
The 283 cubic inch motor is believed to be original to the car
(although decked during a rebuilding process) It runs smoothly and
starts easily after a few pumps of the gas.
The Crocus Yellow paint shows very well with a great shine and
depth and is accented by the black front grille insert as well as
the chrome and stainless features of the car. The black interior
with a front bucket seats also shows very well with just the right
amount of patina on the center console.
Being a California car for most of its existence, the body and
underside of this Malibu SS has benefitted from the warm dry
climate, rarely will you find 1965 Chevrolet as clean as this
one.
