This 1968 Chevrolet K10 is a factory standard-cab SWB fleetside 4x4
pickup that was the recipient of both a mechanical and cosmetic
refurbishment in 2024. This truck started life in California and
spent time in North and South Carolina before being brought up to
Michigan earlier this year. Power comes from a correct 4bbl 327ci
V8 paired with a Floor-Shifted 4-Speed Transmission! Back in 1968
Chevrolet offered trucks and vans in a Gold and White two-tone
paint scheme as a promotion to celebrate 50 years of Truck
Production. Known as the ""Golden Anniversary""
The exterior of this K10 shows very well with a straight body, new
chrome, lights, bezels, side moldings, and the iconic Two-Tone
Paint has been beautifully refinished!
The interior of this Chevrolet is absolutely beautiful as well!
Looking inside you will find black and gold hues working well
together! The bench seat has been recovered along with the
installation of new door cards, new carpet, new dash pad, and sill
plates. The stock 3-spoke steering wheel frames the factory gauge
cluster! A modern radio has been installed which allows AM/FM/AUX
and Bluetooth. Next to that we have the original ashtray along with
the functional Heater, and A/C controls! Additionally, New door and
window seals have been installed along with new window felts. The
front and rear glass is also new.
Under the hood is a very well detailed engine compartment, with a
freshly serviced 4bbl 327c.i. V8 fitted with new hoses, clamps,
covers, cleaners, and more! Keeping this power plant cool is a new
thermostat, water pump, upgraded 3in aluminum radiator, and a new
clutch fan. The underside of this K10 boasts a clean rust free and
coated frame, Dual Exhaust, a Dana 44 front axle, a 12-bolt rear
end, a dual-range transfer case, steering stabilizer, and a 2in
receiver hitch.
This 4x4 Pickup would certainly make an excellent addition to any
