The little Triumph Spitfire was a British built roadster that was wildly popular in the United States. Throughout it's 18 year run the car saw a few variants, but remained pretty much unchanged. 1980 was the final year and our beautiful example here has just 16,000 original miles. Not much is known of the history but the literally sat untouched in a dry climate for decades. When rescued by the previous owner the car was given a complete mechanical restoration which included the fuel system, brakes, new tires and a complete engine tune and carb overhaul. The beautiful rust-free body also was treated to an overall respray in the correct Brooklands Green with a tan cloth interior. The interior is completely original with no rips or tears or damage of any type. The trunk are is complete with jack and spare tire with cover, tool kit and tonneau cover.
