Gateway Classic Cars of St. Louis is proud to digitally present
this 1957 Studebaker Golden Hawk.
An icon of 1950s performance and style, this Matador Red Golden
Hawk has undergone an extensive 2-year body-off frame rotisserie
restoration, blending vintage flair with modern engineering. Under
its bold, aerodynamic lines sits a performance-built 383ci/450hp
Stroker V8, featuring a roller cam, Edelbrock carburetor, MSD
ignition, and an array of high-performance internals. Paired with a
4L60E 4-speed automatic transmission and TCI transmission
controller, this Golden Hawk delivers both power and
refinement.
Upgrades are extensive: Ford 9" Posi rear with 3.50 gears, Ridetech
4-link rear suspension, Wilwood 4-wheel power disc brakes, Ridetech
coilovers, and rack & pinion power steering ensure precise
handling. A Fat Man Fabrications front clip, billet TruTrac
serpentine system, and Wizzard aluminum radiator with dual fans
keep this classic running cool and confident.
Comfort and convenience were not overlooked-Vintage Air
conditioning, power windows, 6-way power seats, "I Did It" steering
column, and premium sound insulation make every drive a pleasure.
The American Racing wheels complete the look, blending modern
stance with timeless presence.
This 1957 Studebaker Golden Hawk is more than a restoration-it's a
reimagining of one of America's most distinctive performance
coupes, built to be driven and admired.
This 1957 Studebaker Golden Hawk is for sale by Gateway Classic
Cars of St. Louis and can be seen at the O'Fallon, IL showroom.
