Gateway Classic Cars St. Louis showroom is proud to digitally
present this beautiful 1946 Ford Club Coupe street rod.
The current caretaker of this rod took possession approximately 8
years ago from the builder, who completed it just 2 years
prior.
Power is supplied by a rebuilt Buick 455 cu.in. big block running
through a 350 3-speed automatic transmission, connected to a Ford
9-inch rear end. The odometer reflects mileage since the build.
This street rod is not just about being powerful, it also has
plenty of drivability with features like power steering, brakes,
windows, and locks. A new thermostat will keep the motor from
overheating, and the A/C will keep the interior cool as well.
Dolphin Gauges keep you informed on the condition of your 1946 Ford
street rod, and electric exhaust cutouts will keep your neighbors
aware of its location. Topping it all of is the Kenwood AM/FM
stereo with CD player.
The gorgeous, crushed red interior plays well with the blue
exterior with hand-done pinstriping. Comfort and styling combined
with big horsepower make this a great rod for use any day of the
week.
