This custom 1980 Toyota Land Cruiser FJ40 is powered by a
replacement 4.5-liter 1FZ inline-6 engine equipped with a TRD
supercharger, FuelTech FT350 electronic fuel injection,
air-to-water intercooler and aluminum radiator, mated to a manual
transmission and dual-range transfer case. Mechanical upgrades
include Dobinsons IMS suspension, Aisin locking hubs, power
steering, power-assisted disc brakes, Warn winch, Viair onboard air
compressor, snorkel intake and a dual-battery system. The interior
features high-back bucket seats with Corbeau harnesses, air
conditioning, rubberized flooring, roll-up windows and a Pioneer
touchscreen audio system with custom JL Audio subwoofers, Alpine
and Rockford Fosgate components, and an overhead console. The truck
rides on 17-inch beadlock-capable wheels with Nitto Mud Grappler
tires.
